The easiest way to block those unwanted sites without cracking your head with "ip firewall filter...blah blah" (i mean commands), just follow the following steps;
1. go to IP
2. Choose Firewall
3. select Firewall Rules
4. click the + sign (which means add)
5. click the chain drop down arrow to choose forward
6. on advanced tab you can write the content you want to block. e.g, google/facebook/whatever
7. the action is drop
mind you: you have to write the whole website. e.g www.facebook.com
if you write only facebook, you will be blocking every page that contains the word facebook.
